Terms and conditions

How to Enter: To enter, participants must share a photograph taken whilst staying at Hammock Heights on their Instagram or Twitter account and tag @wtsproperty. Participants may enter several times.

Prize: The winner will receive a one-night stay at Hammock Heights, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Travel and other expenses not included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to anyone who shares a photograph on their Instagram or Twitter account, tagging @wtsproperty. 

Entry Period: The giveaway begins at 9am on 3rd November 2023 and ends when 100 photos have been shared and tagged with @wtsproperty.

Selection of Winner: One winner will be selected from the first 100 photos shared. The decision of Watch This Space is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Notification of Winner: The winner will be contacted via Instagram or Twitter direct message within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to participate in any promotional related activities and consent to the use of their entry photograph on Watch This Space social media channels and website.

Release: By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Watch This Space, its employees, and its agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

General: Watch This Space reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Watch This Space.
