Boutique workspace located in Spinningfields in the heart of Manchester. This is The Space is a non-compete workspace allowing businesses to collaborate and focus on growth. Each workspace is unique and individually designed with different flooring and lighting giving businesses their own true identity based around a large social area.
Based in the UNESCO World Heritage centre of Windermere, the property started life as a biscuit factory but had lost its way with no true identity. We launched the UK’s property co-work space. That Space offers a flexible co-working environment exclusively for organisations operating in the property sector. Free beers, living walls, the idea is that like-minded companies can come together, collaborate and grow.

After 2 unoccupied years, we brought this 7,000 sq ft grade II listed building back to life, adding some real quirks, stripping off the plasterboard revealing beautiful panelling and exposing brickwork to really enhance the building’s innate charm.
