We transformed a car park on a tired, unloved street into stunning townhouses, mixing chic design and relaxed comfort across four storeys. Each of these premium homes offers a refined take on luxury city centre living, and comes complete with a stunning private roof terrace. City living redefined without compromise.
We transformed an empty car park into unique five-storey townhouses, each featuring its own garage and three outdoor spaces per home. The real draw? The captivating gold shutters, a fresh twist enhancing the street’s visual appeal.
Salmon Street
A beautifully designed space converting a car park suitable for only 2 cars and a couple of bins into 10 stunning studios and a coffee shop. We called her Ballantine’s Plaice, respecting the late Georgina Ballantine who held the record for catching the largest Salmon with a rod and line in Britain.
Wood Street Refurbishment
Started life as an orphanage looking after Manchester’s most vulnerable children, to then sitting derelict for decades. We have transformed the building into beautiful housing, challenging the norm and creating spaces for families to move into Manchester City Centre.
Bridgewater House
We’ve successfully secured permission to transform a 24,000 sq ft Georgian listed building with 36 car parking spaces into 53 beautiful apartments, which will surround an internal leafy courtyard. Bridgewater House was originally built as two private dwellings before being transferred into an office in the 18th Century for the Manchester Ship Canal Company headquarters. For the last 25 years, it has been sitting derelict and we’re excited to give her a fresh beginning.
